How KiCall works

Remote content management for KiCall owners

If you’re the KiCall owner, managing information is simple and intuitive. You don’t need to be onsite to change the information as messages can be updated online from anywhere you like, as often as needed.

​

Messages can be remotely created and updated in an instant via a secure portal, to be revealed when KiCall QR code is scanned on site.

​

You can log in with just your phone number. KiCall will then check your identity using two-factor authentication. Once logged in, you can edit all your KiCallremotely and see a log of all usage in a handy dashboard.

​

You can choose to share your message publicly with everyone or just certain people and easily change your saved message via a text editor. You can attach PDF files too.

​

Easy information access for KiCall users

​

There is no need to download an app: users just scan the QR code using their smartphone to get the message left by the KiCall owner.

​

Public messages can be read by anyone whereas private ones use two factor authentication to verify authorised users.  If the mobile number has been saved by the owner,  the requester is given access to the private message.
